TOUCHSCREENS DIRECT is a division of RASCOM I.T. LIMITED. We have been trading as a computer solutions provider since December 2003 and identified a need in the market to offer touch solutions to a wider audience without discriminating against business type, trading environment and volume requirements.
This led to the creation of our dedicated touchmonitor website in 2005 which was developed to solely concentrate on the various touch-ready products we are able to offer in additional to component products and additional point-of-sale requirements as well as replacement parts and spares.
Rascom I.T. is a small, family-run business based in Wiltshire yet our experience within the industry, and the excellent relationship we enjoy with our suppliers means that we are able to access possibly some of the widest sources of stocks throughout the whole of Europe.
Our customer-base is widespread covering not only the whole of the United Kingdom but also many other worldwide locations, including Europe.
We deal with customers of all sizes from home users and sole traders to system integrators, SME businesses, multi-national organisations and Government agencies. There is no minimum order requirement and no volume limits in place - we are here to deal with the touch technology requirements for ALL our customers and we treat each one in the exactly the same professional way which is why we still receive business from previous customers on a regular basis.
