COVID-19 UPDATES

Dear valued customers,

We sincerely hope that you, your colleagues and your families remain in good health at this unusual times.  We know that all of our customers are dealing with the massive impact and disruptions caused by the Coronavirus.

Like many other business, we have taken all steps possible to keep our staff and their families safe and healthy whilst keeping our business running and still be able to provide you with the products and services you need.  Despite an easing of restrictions in the UK at time of writing, we are still doing as much as we can to reduce the spread of the virus.

Our UK Sales Office will remain open at all times with the exception of when our locality is under local or National lockdown restrictions at which time the premises will be closed to all visitors although we also have systems in place so that staff can work from home when required.

Our warehousing facilities remain open, albeit with strict social distancing and reduced staffing levels.  This inevitably has some impact on the process of goods being picked and processed for despatch so we ask all customers to have some understanding and allow a little extra time for receiving their goods.  Our carrier partners are all inundated with increased workload due to continuing high demands.

Thanks to the support of our vendors and supply chain partners, whilst the availability of products continues to be impacted by global supply chain disruptions as a result of Covid-19, Brexit and the rising shipping costs, we are well-positioned to be able to provide the majority of our products as normal.

In the meantime, thank you for your business, understanding and co-operation throughout this period and once again, we hope that you, your colleagues and families remain in good health at this unprecedented time.
