CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATES

Dear valued customers,
We sincerely hope that you, your colleagues and your families remain in good health at this unprecedented time. We know that all of our customers are dealing with the massive impact and disruptions caused by the Coronavirus.
Like many other business, we have taken all steps possible to keep staff and their families safe and healthy whilst keeping our business running and still be able to provide you with the products and services you need. We are following all guidance from the UK Government, World Health Organisation and local health officials to reduce the spread of the virus.
Our UK Sales Office will remain open at all times with the exception of when our area is under Tier 4 or National Lockdown restrictions. At these times, the office will be closed to all staff and visitors as we have systems in place so that staff can work from home when required. Our showroom and demo facility is currently closed to all visitors.
Our warehousing facilities remain open, albeit with strict social distancing and reduced staffing levels. This inevitably has some impact on the process of goods being picked and processed for despatch so we ask all customers to have some understanding and allow a little extra time for receiving their goods. Our carrier partners are all inundated due to increased demands also combined with reduced staffing levels.
Thanks to support from our vendors and supply chain partners, whilst the availability of some products has been impacted by global supply chain disruptions as a result of Covid-19 and Brexit, we are well-positioned to be able to provide the majority of our products as normal.
