Coronavirus COVID-19​


We are all concerned about the impact of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and are taking/following advice from trusted sources, working out how to best protect our customers, suppliers and also family members.

With that in mind:


Effective 18th March 2020, all face-to-face customer meetings and on-site work has been cancelled until further notice unless there are extenuating circumstances (supply/installation to medical centres, surgeries, hospitals etc.).

We are no longer accepting visitors or customers to our office for any reason.

Antibacterial products including wipes and hand gel are being used throughout the office at regular occasions.  The office has always been regularly cleaned with anti-bacterial products anyway so this practise will continue.

Our UK sales office can be operated from alternative locations so in the event of restriction of movement or lockdowns, we can still run the business with barely any disruption although some services such as pre-delivery custom software installations  may either be slightly delayed or not possible.

We will be suspending our online chat services for the foreseeable future as we may not be able to respond at all times, or in the timely manner to which we would normally like.

Our partners are also working in extreme conditions so response times for stock availability, price quotes etc. may take longer than usual.

We are working closely with our partners to monitor incoming shipments of new stock.  Our business plan has always been to have access to the widest sources of stocks at a variety of locations so whilst this is dependent on country-specific conditions, we hope to be able to continue to serve all of our existing and new customers throughout this.

Delivery companies are still operating where possible but are exceptionally busy so deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.  In most circumstances, drivers will deliver goods to front doors and use other methods for proof of delivery rather than getting someone to sign for receipt of the goods such as taking pictures of the delivery, taking the name of the receipient etc.  This is for their safety as much as yours.

There will inevitably be disruption to deliveries.  We ask that all customers with new or exsting orders give us some leeway if goods have been previously promised for a certain time but that date now slips.  Depending on the goods ordered, we may be reliant on others partners in the supply chain and we are all coping as best as we can.  These are unusual times and we are doing the best we can under the circumstances.

We appreciate that many of our customers sell the goods they purchase from us to other companies or end-users and may have deadlines to meet and that some of those goods are custom-made or are being bought into our stocks specifically for their requirements.  Whilst we always try to meet deadlines promised, in times such as this it is not always possible but will endeavour to have the goods ordered with you as quickly as possible.

It is our utmost priority to ensure the safety of all those who we would normally encounter.  This will result in some changes and delays to the services we are normally able to offer.

Above all...  we trust that our customers will understand the reasons for any disruptions to normal business levels - whether this be lack of stocks, delayed deliveries etc.
