ELO ELITE PARTNER PROGRAM
TOUCHSCREENS DIRECT have been an Elo Touch Solutions Elite Partner for a number of years. We originally started selling Elo products through our sister company, Rascom I.T., in 2005 and have worked closely with Elo both in the UK and Belgium ever since. ​In 2010, we formed Touchscreens Direct as a separate entity to be able to benefit from key marketing and branding.

We were the first company in the UK to be awarded Elite VAR status when the programme originally launched in 2013 and we were also the first company in the UK to be entered onto their Elite VAR Partner programme when it was relaunched in 2016. After a refresh of the programme for 2022, we hope to be able to continue this trend of being one of Elo's leading all-round partners.

Our long history of working with Elo means that we have built up a strong relationship with them, both in terms of offering pre- and post- sales assistance and also in providing basic support and diagnostics at times when customer are experiencing problems. We commonly deal with customer enquiries on Elo's behalf which are received through their website or by telephone.
